  • Specific track event coaching 400m – 3000m
  • Specific cross country coaching
  • A training fee is charged.

Monday and Wednesday sessions:
4:00 – 5:30 pm Development Session: 8-12 year olds, concentrating on sprints and fitness and the practicing of the correct running style.
5:00 – 6:30  pm Middle Distance Session: older, more serious and well-conditioned middle distance athletes. Concentrating on more dynamic development of all the different types of training according to a specific training regime and athletics participation.

Training:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday session:
4.15pm-5.15pm: Junior sprints and hurdles sessions
4.15pm-5.45pm: Senior sprints and hurdles sessions
Saturdays: Group strength and conditioning sessions

Private Sprints, Hurdles and Strength sessions available.

  • – Major focus on technique and movement proficiency to improve speed, reduce injury risk, and enhance long-term athletic development.
  • – Emphasis on creating a positive environment to help athletes build a sense of agency, confidence, and a positive relationship with their training.
