Congratulations to Cherrybrook athletes Samantha Dale (Long Jump), Julie Charlton (T57 Shot Put) and past Cherrybrook athlete Michelle Jenneke (100m Hurdlers) who represented Australia at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.



Friday evening competition
Cherrybrook Athletics provides Friday evening competition at Greenway Oval 2 for athletes aged 3 – 16 years.
This season we launch our new Tiny Tots program for 3-4 year olds, commencing at 4:45pm until 5:30pm.
All other athletes (aged 5-16 years) start with warm up at 5.45pm followed by the first event at 6pm and most age groups finishing by 8.15pm. Some optional events are held before and after the main program.
The 2022-2023 season will commence in September and run through to the end of March.
Our Senior Club members from 12 years onwards have the opportunity to compete at Athletics NSW meets in the Sydney region throughout the season.

Cherrybrook Little Athletics celebrate 50th anniversary of Little Athletics in NSW

Congratulations to Julie Charlton
Cherrybrook athlete Julie Charlton has launched herself into the Australian athletics record books in the F57 women’s secured discus event to claim gold at the 2021 Australian Track and Field Championships in Sydney last week.
The 21-year-old threw 15.35 metres to set a new standard in F57 discus and in the process collected $1,000 for herself and a further $1,000 for Cherrybrook Little Athletics from the Coles Australian Record Challenge. Read More…
