Athletics Assistance Funding Program
Cherrybrook Athletics Funding Package For Athletes For 2008/2009 season - (Program commenced April 2006)
1. Senior athletes selected for Australian All Schools or other Age or Open Championships, including National cross country. Also applies to Masters at Nationals or international meets.
A) $200 funding for entries and uniform costs etc
B) $100 additional for any interstate travel
C) $50 additional for any intrastate travel ex Sydney
2. Junior Athletes selected for Primary Nationals for Track or Cross Country, Trans Tasman or U13 Little A’s Nationals: Same funding as for 1) above.
3. All medallists at Athletics NSW State Champs including Masters or NSW All Schools to receive a Cherrybrook jacket or Gift Voucher to same value.
4. All Athletes who register for the Senior Club receive Senior shirt as part of the registration.
5. Any funding an athlete receives from other sources may affect the level of club funding provided.
6. Funding will only be paid upon completion of the Athlete Funding claim form, and participation in the event.
7. Coaches can claim a maximum of $500 of interstate travel and accommodation expenses to attend major Championships with club athletes per annum by provision of receipts.
8. All claim forms must be lodged with either the Coaching Coordinator Valme Kruger or the Championships Officer Nicky Jenneke, and must be approved by the Committee.
